Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Glasgow
Team: Well-known, Scottish Real Estate department
Salary: Market-leading salary + excellent benefits
The Role
This is a chance to step into a Real Estate team where paralegals are treated as future specialists, not support staff.
From your first day in the Glasgow office, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, working directly with corporate and institutional landlords across retail, office and industrial portfolios.
As your confidence grows, so will your autonomy. You’ll take ownership of smaller matters, play a hands-on role in larger refinancing and property transactions, and build real client-facing experience that fast-tracks your development beyond a typical paralegal remit.
Working closely with Partners in a collaborative, ambitious environment, you’ll steadily deepen your technical expertise while broadening your exposure across commercial property and, where relevant, some cross border real estate finance work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
