About the Role

Our national Real Estate team provides a comprehensive range of legal and advisory services across the commercial and residential property sectors. We act for a diverse client base including national and regional developers, social housing providers, retailers, public bodies, infrastructure providers, and private landowners.

We advise on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, property management, plot sales, development projects, and strategic land transactions. Our work encompasses the negotiation and drafting of heads of terms, leases, conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, as well as advising on associated planning, construction, and infrastructure issues.

Our lawyers support clients on a variety of projects, ranging from day-to-day estate management, landlord and tenant matters, and plot sales transactions through to complex, multi-million-pound acquisitions, disposals, and development schemes. Working across a range of sectors, we deliver practical commercial advice tailored to our clients' business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
