Company Description
Kreston Solicitors is a well-established and growing law firm based in Enfield, London, providing a broad range of legal services to individuals, businesses, investors, and property professionals.
Our Property Department is a key area of the firm’s practice, advising clients across a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions. We work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lenders, including clients based both in the UK and overseas.
As our real estate practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join and support our growing Property Department across a busy and varied caseload.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role based in London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in real estate, with experience across residential and commercial property matters, and will play an active role in progressing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Working as part of the Property Department, you will support a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters and communicate directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, developers, and other solicitors. The role would suit someone who is organized, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced property environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
- New-build experience is highly desirable
- Experience in residential and commercial property transactions
- Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters
- Confident communication with clients and other professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
