Real Estate Partner | Birmingham | Portable Following | No Individual Targets
You've built the relationships. Now find a platform that lets you make more of them.
Yolk Legal are speaking with experienced Real Estate Partners who have an established following and are considering what their next move could look like.
The opportunity is with a national legal and professional services business with an established and growing Birmingham / Midlands presence.
And there is a significant difference from the traditional partnership conversation.
There are no individual financial targets.
For an experienced Partner, that changes the conversation.
Rather than joining somewhere simply to be measured against a number, the focus is on:
- Your clients.
- Your relationships.
- The quality of your work.
- And what you can build with the support of a national platform.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Real Estate Partner who has already established themselves in the Birmingham / Midlands market.

You should have a strong reputation in your market and established relationships with clients, developers, investors, funders, or other key property stakeholders.

The firm's Birmingham Real Estate team has already attracted senior lateral talent, including Partners with significant experience in development, investment, logistics, and regeneration.
The wider Midlands business has also continued to grow through senior recruitment and expansion.
We're deliberately not putting a headline salary on this advert. The figure and the package will depend on your experience and following.
