Real Estate Partner | Gloucestershire
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join a highly regarded regional law firm as part of its continued investment and growth across Gloucestershire.
This is a strategic appointment, offering the chance to play a key role in developing the firm's presence in the region while working alongside an established and collaborative Real Estate team. With the support of a forward-thinking leadership team and an excellent existing client base, you'll have the platform to grow your practice and make a lasting impact.
The Opportunity
You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, landed estates, businesses and private clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

About You
We're keen to speak with established Real Estate Partners, or ambitious Legal Directors and Senior Associates with a clear pathway to Partnership.
You'll bring:
- Strong technical expertise across commercial real estate.
- A commercial approach to client relationships and business development.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others.
- The ambition to contribute to the long-term growth of a successful regional practice.
- A substantial client following isn't essential—the firm is investing in the right individual and offers an established platform from which to build.
