Real Estate Partner | Gloucestershire
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join a highly regarded regional firm as it continues to invest and grow its Gloucestershire presence. This is a genuine opportunity to help shape and grow an established Real Estate practice, with autonomy, quality work and strong support from an experienced Partnership.
The Opportunity
You'll advise a varied client base including developers, investors, landed estates, businesses and private clients across a broad range of commercial Real Estate matters. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop your own client relationships and practice.
- Play a key role in the growth of the Gloucestershire team.
- Lead and mentor junior lawyers.
- Influence the wider direction of the practice.
- Work with an established and supportive team.

About You
We're interested in Real Estate Partners, as well as ambitious Legal Directors/Senior Associates ready for Partnership. You'll have:
- Strong commercial Real Estate experience.
- A proven track record of client development.
- A commercial and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ambition to help grow a successful regional practice.
- A substantial following isn't essential - the firm is willing to invest in the right individual and provide the platform to develop.
