About the Job
Real Estate Partner | 10+ PQE | Up to £200,000 salary | Extensive benefits + Bonus
This is a superb opportunity to join a well established Legal 500 National heavyweight as they expand their practice into Nottingham.
The successful applicant will be an established Real Estate Partner, familiar with supervising and business development whilst managing an independent caseload. There is a support network of lawyers available as the Real Estate team operate as one Nationally.
The ideal candidate will have an existing business case to bring across to the firm, ideally within the OMB & SME space. However, they remain ambitious to strengthen their existing offering within the Real Estate sector. Commercial & residential development, private healthcare, and retail are all of key interest.

The Candidate
- An established Real Estate Partner with a solid client base
- Ability to supervise a team locally and assist nationally
- Passion for business development, developing existing clients and winning new business
- Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
