Partner – Real Estate London | Confidential Search
We are working with a highly regarded UK law firm on a confidential search for a Real Estate Partner to join its London team.
The firm is currently in an exciting growth phase, with 10 Partners joining over the past 12 months across its practice areas. Recent hires have come from a range of leading backgrounds, including top international and Silver Circle firms.
The Real Estate team has an established practice advising investors, developers, occupiers, and businesses across acquisitions and disposals, investment, development, landlord & tenant, strategic land, and property portfolio management.

The Opportunity
The successful Partner will:
- Advise on a broad range of high-quality commercial real estate matters.
- Develop and grow an existing client following.
- Build new relationships and generate business.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the Real Estate practice.
- Support and develop junior lawyers within the team.
About You
We are keen to speak with:
- Established Real Estate Partners or senior lawyers with a clear route to partnership.
- Lawyers with strong technical expertise in commercial property.
- Individuals with an established or developing client following.
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial lawyers with strong market relationships.
- Lawyers attracted to a growing, ambitious platform with a clear appetite to invest in talent.
