The Role
The global real estate private equity firm is hiring Summer Analysts for its Real Estate Partners programme in London. This is a 10-week, in-person programme starting in 2027. Analysts are placed into one of four groups: Real Estate Acquisitions, Real Estate Asset Management, Real Estate Capital Markets, or Real Estate Core+. The programme includes mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skills training, and networking with professionals across the firm.
Available Groups & Responsibilities
Real Estate Acquisitions
This group focuses on originating, underwriting, and executing real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes and throughout Europe.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to formulate investment theses
- Prepare valuation analyses, LBO models, memos, and presentations for live investment opportunities
- Assist with due diligence, negotiation, execution, financing, and structuring of transactions
- Collaborate with Asset Management, Legal & Compliance, and Capital Markets teams
- Attend site tours, internal and external meetings, and due diligence sessions
- Prepare and present views on key drivers, risks, and opportunities of potential transactions
Real Estate Asset Management
This group leads all post-acquisition investment activities and oversees the full lifecycle of investments, including business planning, value creation, and monetisation.
- Build models and prepare presentations to support core asset management activities
- Collaborate with portfolio company senior management to set business plans and drive performance
- Conduct market research and analyse value creation initiatives, including capital expenditure projects
- Support execution of refinancings, recapitalisations, and dispositions, including public IPOs and private market sales

Real Estate Capital Markets
This group leads debt capital initiatives for real estate investments. Analysts gain exposure to financing across public market debt and equity transactions, securitisations, and private market secured and unsecured credit deals.
- Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and market research to support financing transactions and competitive analysis
- Prepare internal presentations, reports, and marketing materials to solicit financing feedback
- Collaborate with Acquisitions and Asset Management teams on pricing and terms of financing
- Assist with negotiation and execution of financing transactions
Real Estate Core+
This group focuses on strategy and management of global real estate private equity firm Property Partners Europe (€8B NAV) and global real estate private equity firm European Property Income Fund (€1.4B NAV). Analysts work as part of a small, dedicated team on fund management, transaction execution, client meetings, marketing, portfolio management, and operational matters.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, capital markets, finance, and ICS teams across all aspects of the Core+ business
- Support due diligence, tax structuring, debt and hedging strategies, and prepare investor materials
- Monitor the acquisition pipeline, investment results, and portfolio performance relative to portfolio objectives
- Track operating and financial data for Core+ assets, maintain liquidity analysis, and update fund models
- Assist with quarterly LP reporting, marketing materials, and stakeholder presentations
- Interface with fund operations, accounting, legal, tax, and compliance teams

Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivation to find solutions independently, with the judgement to recognise limits and uncertainties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity
- Commitment to professional development
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
- CV must include expected graduation month and year, and grade
- CV must be submitted in PDF format
