Company overview

ActivumSG is a Jersey-based private equity and debt investment manager that invests in commercial real estate and real estate-backed corporate opportunities in Europe. Founded in 2007 by Saul Goldstein, ActivumSG operates across large local platforms in the UK, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. In the UK, ActivumSG is advised by Activum SG UK Advisors Limited. ActivumSG has raised in excess of €3.0bn of equity capital across seven separate funds and related vehicles.

ActivumSG’s investment strategy focuses on identifying high quality assets and businesses with best-in-class management teams that offer the potential for value enhancement through further capital investment and hands-on asset management. ActivumSG has pursued its investment strategy with industry leading success to date, having made over 85 separate investments across most real estate sub-asset classes including residential, office, retail, logistics, data centres, PBSA, care homes and hotels as well as a number of real estate-backed corporates, including those that are operationally-heavy.

Role

Our UK investment team at ActivumSG is looking for a motivated intern to join the team in London for 6 months on a paid internship (potential extension for the right candidate). The role will be focused predominantly on analysing new investment opportunities and asset management of our current PBSA portfolio. The selected intern will work closely within a lean team and report to the Investment Vice President based in London. You will have the opportunity to engage in a great working environment with a flat organisational structure and open communication. You’ll benefit from a steep professional learning curve, fostered by close collaboration with highly qualified and experienced colleagues. The internship will enable you to gain comprehensive exposure to the day-to-day operations of a leading real estate investment manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
