What We Are Recruiting For

We're looking for an experienced real estate professional to lead global portfolio optimisation programmes on behalf of our clients.

You'll own the programme end to end, from shaping the portfolio strategy through to negotiating the transactions and planning the works that deliver it. Our clients are global, so you'll be working with colleagues, landlords and partners across multiple regions and time zones, which means some flexibility outside core hours and some travel.

Success in this role is measured in outcomes. Consolidated portfolios that are fit for purpose, cost efficient, and support the client's business strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Strategy development. Work with stakeholders and function leads to further develop the portfolio strategy for physical spaces.
  • Programme management. Provide updates at agreed governance forums on progress against strategy, including realisation of benefits for individual transactions and investment requests for future transactions.
  • Options analysis and modelling. Develop and consider options across multiple dimensions for spaces within the portfolio, based on inputs from business strategy, commercial goals, lease restrictions and market data, and make sound recommendations on how to deliver the agreed strategy.
  • Transaction management. Work with internal teams, landlords and partners across the globe to negotiate transactions across the full lifecycle, including new sites, moves, renewals, downsizes and terminations, and optimise opportunities such as break clauses and rent reviews.
  • Project management and scheduling. Work with the real estate lead to plan the execution of works, including relocations, move outs, shut downs, build outs and temporary swing spaces, so business disruption is kept to a minimum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
