I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global organisation for an experienced Senior Real Estate Project Manager to drive the delivery of major workplace, office, and real estate expansion projects across the EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects.
You’ll report directly to the Senior Director, Real Estate and will work hybrid at either our Hammersmith, West London or Frankfurt am Main in Germany office location. You also need to be able to speak German and English native or bilingual level.

You must be able to travel 50% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead office fit-outs, renovations, and construction projects across multiple EMEA locations.
- Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project delivery from concept through completion.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, contractors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
✅ What we're looking for:
- 10+ years' experience in real estate, workplace, or construction project management.
- Proven delivery of large commercial projects (50,000+ sq. ft. / €10M+).
- Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience.
- Proven experience managing and reporting on large-scale budgets, including value engineering initiatives to maximise efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.
