A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading national practice in Belfast.

This role is ideal for an England & Wales or Northern Ireland qualified lawyer with 4–8 years' PQE who has strong transactional experience and is looking to work on complex, high-value property development and investment matters.

You will join a successful and collaborative team advising major developers, investors and financial institutions on some of the most significant real estate projects in the market. The role offers excellent quality work, exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, nationally integrated practice.

The Role

Working as part of a wider Real Estate team, you will advise on a variety of complex property transactions, including:

  • Commercial and mixed-use development projects.
  • Property investment transactions.
  • Acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions.
  • Real estate finance and funding arrangements.
  • Asset management matters.
  • Strategic advice to developers, investors and institutional clients.

You will work closely with colleagues across multiple offices and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, contribute to business development activity and support the delivery of innovative solutions on complex projects.

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • 4–8 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property team.
  • Experience handling complex development and/or investment transactions.
  • The ability to manage high-quality client work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • An interest in developing your profile through client engagement and business development.
