Job Title

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Real Estate Rental Manager to manage the full rental process and provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings, enquiries and rental applications.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms.
  • Coordinate referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy agreements.
  • Manage deposits, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure properties are well managed.
  • Monitor rental payments and resolve tenancy issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation.

  • Previous experience in lettings, property management or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service focused.
  • Good knowledge of the London rental market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and priorities.

Salary:

35k + bonus
