Job Title
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Real Estate Rental Manager to manage the full rental process and provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings, enquiries and rental applications.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms.
- Coordinate referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy agreements.
- Manage deposits, check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure properties are well managed.
- Monitor rental payments and resolve tenancy issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation.

- Previous experience in lettings, property management or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service focused.
- Good knowledge of the London rental market.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and priorities.
Salary:
35k + bonus
