Join the Uniek Residential Team - Lettings & Viewings Consultant

Cardiff City Centre | Immediate Start | Full UK Driving Licence Required

Are you a people-person who thrives under pressure, loves variety in your day, and wants to be part of a team that's doing property differently? Uniek Residential might just be your perfect fit.

At Uniek, we don't believe letting or selling a property has to be stiff, corporate, or stressful. We've built our reputation on making the process genuinely enjoyable, for our tenants, buyers, our landlords, and our team. We move fast, we think on our feet, and we have fun doing it.

Who we're looking for:

We need someone hard-working and driven, who's just as comfortable making quick decisions solo as they are pulling together as part of the team. You'll need to be outgoing, compassionate, and brilliant with people, someone who can read a room, build rapport instantly, and keep their cool when things get busy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience in the rental market is a bonus, but it's your attitude, work ethic, and people skills that matter most to us. If you're the kind of person who takes ownership, makes decisions under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting day-to-day property viewings across both student and residential portfolios
  • Managing your own diary and calendar of viewings and appointments
  • Handling office duties — answering calls, responding to enquiries, and booking in viewings
  • Being the friendly, reassuring face of Uniek for prospective tenants
  • Thinking on your feet and problem-solving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
