JOB TITLE: LETTING AGENT
LOCATION: AIRDRIE
HOURS: 9am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday; 9am-4:00pm Friday

Aquila Management Services are a letting agency and property factor. We are looking to recruit a letting agent for our Airdrie office.
DUTIES:
- Working with tenants.
- Assisting in the collection of rents.
- Working with Landlords.
- Working with tradespeople.
- Advertising & Organising viewings.
- Seeking out new landlords.
- Creating tenancy agreements.
- Carrying out tenancy inspections.
- Creating a full photographic inventory.
- Managing a portfolio of properties.
- Other similar duties involved and related to running a working tenancy.

The position offers a degree of flexible working and the option to earn bonus with the addition of new properties to the portfolio.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
