About the Role

King Khawaja Angels (KKA) is an ambitious property lettings, management business, and concierge brand looking for an experienced Lettings Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll have the freedom to build your own client base across prime Central London, choose which landlord and introducer relationships to pursue, and maximize your earnings with an enhanced 40% commission on your first 10 signed deals.

This is a genuine business-development-led role, and we want to be transparent about what that means. There is no inherited client base — building a successful desk takes time, consistency, and resilience. You'll be responsible for developing your own landlord relationships, which means regular outreach, networking, following up, handling rejection, and continuing to create opportunities even when you don't always get immediate results.

This role is best suited to someone who is persistent, resilient, and comfortable with the realities of business development. Not every call will lead to an instruction, and not every conversation will lead to a landlord. We're looking for a Lettings Manager who can stay motivated, keep building relationships, and continue creating opportunities even when results take time — in return for enhanced early commission, uncapped earning potential, and real ownership of their desk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
