About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our sales partner network for our client's Group Property Development business.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic sales channels that drive property sales across key international markets. You will build long-term partnerships with property agencies, consultants, clubs, and other referral partners while ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to successfully promote our real estate portfolio.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Project Management, and other internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in growing revenue through partner engagement, training, events, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and develop new sales channel partners across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property agencies, consultants, referral partners, and business associations.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and agency agreements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and product training for channel partners, including company history, brands, loyalty programs, and property offerings.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure partners have access to up-to-date sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and support roadshows, networking events, inspection trips, and partner training sessions.
  • Maintain regular communication with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and resolve issues promptly.
  • Set sales and revenue targets for channel partners and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, business updates, presentations, and performance analyses.
  • Support annual budgeting and long-term business planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Owner Services, and Project Management teams to ensure successful partner engagement and sales execution.
  • Represent the business at industry events and management meetings as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
