An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Liverpool.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and review lease documentation, landlord and tenant documents (acting for both landlords and tenants), heads of terms, and title reports.
- Support clients with investment property transactions, development site acquisitions and disposals, and property portfolio management.
- Supervise junior colleagues on day-to-day transactional work, including licences, consents, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction, insolvency, and restructuring teams, gaining exposure to a broad mix of complex, multi-disciplinary matters.
Requirements
- A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.
- Substantial landlord and tenant experience, ideally gained within a recognised real estate practice.
- Experience across areas such as investment transactions, development work, title review, or portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach, with an interest in networking, business development, and working as part of a wider national team.
