Real Estate Associate / Partner

Location: M4 Corridor (Hybrid)
Salary: Circa £90,000 + Excellent Benefits
Start Date: February 2027

Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with one of the region's leading commercial law firms?

Our client is a highly regarded commercial practice with an outstanding reputation for advising businesses, investors, developers and high-net-worth individuals across Wales and beyond. The firm acts for five of the ten wealthiest individuals in Wales, providing exposure to some of the most prestigious and high-value real estate transactions in the market.

With a planned February 2027 start, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Associate or Partner to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a move in the coming months and wanting to join a practice renowned for the quality of its work and clients.

The Role

You will advise a broad portfolio of commercial clients on a wide range of real estate matters, taking ownership of complex transactions while helping to develop long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance.
  • Delivering commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking and private wealth teams.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and helping grow the firm's already impressive client base.
  • Meeting agreed financial and performance objectives.

About You

We're keen to hear from solicitors who have:

  • Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • A strong technical background with excellent commercial awareness.
  • Experience managing complex transactions independently.
  • Outstanding client relationship and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development.
  • The ability to supervise or mentor junior members of the team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
