If you are a qualified Real Estate Solicitor looking for a stronger platform to grow your practice, while continuing to advise on high-quality commercial property work, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

We are working with a successful national law firm with a strong reputation for advising businesses, investors, developers and occupiers across a broad range of sectors. The firm combines the calibre of work and clients typically associated with larger city practices with the flexibility to be based from any of its Midlands offices, giving you access to city-quality work, a national client base and genuine opportunities to grow your practice, without the need to relocate to a major city.

This is a firm that values substance over status. They're looking for lawyers with energy, commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset – people who enjoy building lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities and playing an active role in the continued growth of the business.

Whether your background is with an international firm, a national practice, a respected regional firm or a boutique, what matters most is the strength of your client relationships, your reputation in the market and the contribution you'll make to the wider team. The firm has built a collaborative culture where ambition is recognised, ideas are encouraged and partners are given the freedom to grow their practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
