Real Estate Lawyer (Renewable Energy / Solar PV)
🚀 Exciting Opportunity: Real Estate Lawyer for UK Solar PV Projects
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to support a client on the development of Solar PV opportunities across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, providing strategic legal advice on large-scale renewable energy developments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising on property and land matters relating to Solar PV and renewable energy projects.
- Leading land due diligence exercises, title investigations, and risk assessments.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, option agreements, easements, wayleaves, and other land rights.
- Supporting project development teams in securing land for renewable energy schemes.
- Engaging with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating real estate risks and constraints throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with strong UK property law expertise.
- Proven experience advising on renewable energy projects, ideally Solar PV.
- Excellent understanding of land rights, development agreements, and site acquisition processes.
- Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice.
