Role Description
This is a full-time Solicitor role based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based work with some remote work from home. The Solicitor will manage their own caseload, provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at hearings or meetings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Meeting with clients
- Taking instructions
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing correspondence
- Maintaining accurate case files and records
The role involves collaborating with colleagues across the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and contributing to business development activities such as client relationship management and participation in firm initiatives.
The Solicitor will be expected to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles across relevant practice areas.
- Experience or interest in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate matters, including transactions, contracts, and property-related documentation.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with capability to advise on workplace rights, policies, and related disputes.
- Competence in Family Law, including client support in matters such as relationship breakdown, financial arrangements, and child-related issues.
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, negotiation, and client-care abilities.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Strong attention to detail, professional ethics, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Experience using legal case management systems and standard office software; willingness to adapt to new technologies.
