This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading Cardiff firm. This award-winning firm has gone from strength to strength, and is now looking to bolster its Cardiff office Real Estate team with the appointment of a 2 Plus PQE Solicitor.

A leading national law firm are keen to appoint a real estate solicitor to join their team of Cardiff experts. The full service real estate practice covers a broad range of sectors, advising clients on a wide variety of high profile domestic and international real estate investment, development and finance transactions.

The Role
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate transaction documents, including sale & purchase contracts, development agreements, forward funding agreements, agreements for lease and leases
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating security documentation and ancillary property documentation on real estate finance transactions
You will be working alongside two very experienced Partners who you’ll assist as well as handling your own caseload of mixed matters. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in Real Estate Property and be looking to join a national firm with outstanding quality of work.
