Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE) Cardiff | Hybrid Working | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking to build your career with a highly regarded commercial property team?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm where you'll work alongside experienced Partners on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. With genuine support, excellent training, and clear progression opportunities, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise within a collaborative and ambitious team.
The Role
You'll advise a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions while taking increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
Your work will include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
- Supporting development and regeneration projects.
- Working on property finance transactions.
- Managing due diligence and preparing transaction documents.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other professional advisers.
- Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.

About You
We're looking for a Solicitor who has:
- Around 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
- Experience gained within a commercial property team.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team.
- A genuine desire to develop their career within a leading Real Estate practice.
