We are working with a top tier national law firm based in Belfast for a solicitor to join their Real Estate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate team, advising a broad client base including developers, housing associations, investors and funders on significant residential and commercial property matters across Northern Ireland and the wider UK.
The role involves advising on site acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration projects, commercial lettings and pre-lets, and development and property finance. The successful candidate will work on major residential and commercial developments, supporting transactions throughout the development lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:
- 0-4 years’ PQE;
- Real estate law background;
- Commercial awareness;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong academic background;
- Team player;
- Organisation skills;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
