Are you a Real Estate Solicitor with around 5–6 years' PQE looking for your next career move?
My client is a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm with a strong presence in Leeds city centre. They act for a diverse range of clients, including property developers, investors, lenders, and public and third-sector organisations such as schools and healthcare bodies.
They are looking for a talented real estate solicitor to join their ambitious and growing team in Leeds, working across a variety of sectors from energy and renewables to retail, leisure, and hospitality.

The role will include:
- Handling a varied caseload of real estate matters, including sales and purchases, leases, and property finance
- Advising on development work, asset management, and investment transactions
- Drafting and negotiating agreements for leases and surrenders
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting colleagues across other teams, such as Corporate and Restructuring
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continuing success of the firm

📍 Based in Leeds city centre – excellent transport links and easy commute from across West Yorkshire.
Salary: £65,000 plus benefits.
