Real Estate Solicitor – Jnr Solicitor / Associate.

An established commercial law firm in Belfast is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team. This role offers the chance to work with leading clients on some of the most complex and exciting property deals in the region.

Role Description

You will work on a varied range of transactions such as:

  • Advising on property development deals across various industries, e.g. retail and hospitality, commercial office development, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Investment deals, property acquisition/disposals.
  • Real estate finance and asset management, and more.

You will operate on behalf of leading developers and public bodies and also work closely with other departments in the firm and third-party specialist professionals, e.g. surveyors.

Candidate Requirements

The client is keen to appoint a solicitor who is:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and ideally dual qualified (ROI/E&W/Scotland).
  • Experienced in commercial property at junior or mid-level (e.g. 1-7 yrs PQE, indicative).
  • Confident, autonomous, a team player, and highly ambitious.
