Associate Solicitor – Real Estate (Social Housing & Registered Providers)
📍 Manchester | Hybrid
💼 2–6 PQE | Permanent
A growing specialist Real Estate team is looking for an ambitious Associate Solicitor to join its expanding Social Housing & Registered Providers practice.
You’ll work closely with experienced Partners and Housing & Regeneration specialists, advising Registered Providers and Housing Associations on a varied mix of social and affordable housing transactions.
The role includes:
- Shared ownership & staircasing
- Right to Buy transactions
- Affordable housing acquisitions & disposals
- Commercial leases
- Asset management
- Development & regeneration matters
- General commercial property work

We’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2–6 years’ PQE ideally
- Commercial property, development, affordable housing or social housing experience
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Commercially minded and proactive
- Interest in developing a specialist Social Housing practice
