Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ PQE
Leicester | £65,000–£78,000+ | Uncapped Bonus | Hybrid Working

A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its highly experienced and supportive Real Estate team in Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a well-established national team, working on high-value and complex general Real Estate matters, while benefiting from an excellent culture, flexible working and a clear career pathway.

The Role

The role will involve advising a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Investment transactions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Portfolio management
  • Refinancing projects
  • General commercial property and Real Estate matters
  • High-value and complex transactions

The bonus structure is particularly attractive, with the individual bonus being uncapped and team members frequently receiving double-figure bonuses.

About You

You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ PQE who is looking for a new challenge within a leading national firm.

You should have strong experience across general commercial property matters and be comfortable working on complex and high-value transactions.

Most importantly, you will be looking to join a supportive, experienced team where you can develop your career without the pressure of an individual billing target.
