A highly regarded national law firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate team in Manchester with the appointment of a Solicitor at 1-3 PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer looking to work on high-quality, complex transactions alongside an experienced and well-established team.
The Role
The Real Estate team acts for some of the largest property owners, investors and developers in the country, regularly advising on multi-million-pound transactions.
The team covers the full spectrum of commercial real estate work, including:
- Major retail, mixed-use and office developments
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
- Advising national and international investors and developers

About You
You will ideally be a 1-3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor with:
- Strong experience gained within a recognised Real Estate team
- Experience from a major or medium-sized law firm
- A strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet client demands
- An interest in business development and developing client relationships
