Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | Partnership Opportunity

Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking for genuine career progression and the opportunity to join a specialist, highly regarded Commercial Property team?

A leading multi-office law firm in Warwickshire is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property department. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take the next step towards Partnership, with high-quality work available from day one, an established client base, and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

The Opportunity

You'll become part of a dedicated Commercial Property team with an outstanding reputation across the Midlands, advising a broad range of developers, investors, businesses, pension funds, and high-net-worth clients on complex commercial real estate matters.

Your caseload will include:

  • Sale and purchase of commercial property
  • Acquisition and disposal
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases
  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
  • General Commercial property
  • Acquisition and management of investment portfolios
  • Advising developers, investors and commercial clients on a wide range of real estate matters

About You

You'll be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with strong technical expertise and excellent client relationship skills.
