Real Estate Solicitor

We are working with a leading law firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join its established and successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants more than simply managing a caseload. You'll join a respected team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, while having the freedom and support to build your own client relationships, develop your profile and play an active role in business development.

You will work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  • Commercial property asset management
  • Lease agreements and associated matters
  • Property development
  • Investment work
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • General commercial property transactions

We're looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE who:

  • Has solid experience in commercial property
  • Is commercially minded and client-focused
  • Can manage their own caseload with confidence
  • Enjoys developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Is proactive and enthusiastic about business development and networking
  • Wants to play a genuine role in the continued growth of a successful team
