Commercial Property Solicitor – 3–5 PQE - £75k-120k

We are working with a highly regarded, long-established London law firm who are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join their growing Property team.
The firm is based in a prestigious London building and has an excellent reputation for providing high-quality, bespoke legal advice to a sophisticated client base. With a strong heritage and modern, client-focused approach, the firm is recognized by both Chambers and Legal 500 across a number of practice areas.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an experienced and highly regarded team, working on a broad range of high-value and complex real estate matters.
The team acts for an impressive client base including entrepreneurs, family offices, institutional investors, HNW and UHNW individuals and corporate occupiers, often advising on matters involving corporate, finance and tax considerations.
You will have significant client exposure and the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, whilst working closely with colleagues across the firm's wider specialist teams.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Property development
- Promotion and option agreements
- Conditional contracts
- Real estate finance
- Commercial mortgages and refinancing
- Title and property due diligence
- Development and planning-related matters
You will also work closely with colleagues across Corporate, Finance, Dispute Resolution and Tax to deliver a fully integrated service to clients.
The team has an ambitious business development strategy, and the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and play an active role in generating new business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years' PQE in Commercial Property, ideally gained within a strong City or leading regional practice
- Broad experience across commercial property transactions
- Experience acting for both landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers
- Strong commercial lease drafting and negotiation experience
- Experience undertaking title due diligence
- Exposure to development work, options, promotion agreements and conditional contracts
- Experience with real estate finance, secured lending, mortgages or refinancing
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- A commercially minded and client-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different practice areas
