Position: Real Estate / Hospitality / Events Evaluator

Type: Freelance Hourly Contract

Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Location: Remote

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, Property Management, and Venue Operations professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.

The role focuses on reviewing and evaluating AI-generated work products, including operational plans, property analyses, event strategies, hospitality reports, presentations, and business documents.

You'll apply your expertise in real estate operations, hospitality management, event planning, customer experience, property performance, and business operations to help improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated property analyses, hospitality operations documents, event plans, business reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for quality and accuracy.
  • Review outputs against domain-specific evaluation frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Assess recommendations based on operational feasibility, customer experience considerations, financial performance, and business impact.
  • Identify factual, analytical, operational, and presentation-related errors.
  • Evaluate decisions involving property management, guest services, venue operations, event execution, occupancy planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated industry-specific content.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Tourism, Event Planning, Venue Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing operations, client relationships, business performance, projects, properties, events, or customer-facing services.
  • Strong understanding of industry workflows, operational planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and service delivery.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and document-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Event Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as CMP, CMM, CPM, CCIM, RPA, CHA, or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience leading large-scale events, hospitality operations, real estate portfolios, venue management, or commercial property initiatives.
  • Experience reviewing business cases, operational plans, financial analyses, or strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-generated content evaluation and quality assurance workflows.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation of $80–$120/hour.
  • Weekly payments.
  • Independent contractor engagement.
