Role Description
The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and supporting clients through the full transaction lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include:

The role involves maintaining accurate property records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as developers, landlords, and legal advisors. The Real Estate Specialist will provide consistent customer service, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships with clients to expand ANW Real Estate’s network and market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property, with familiarity with the Dubai and broader UAE property markets.
- Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Exposure to Real Estate Development processes, such as understanding project lifecycles, developer offerings, and off-plan properties.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client relationship management.
- Relevant real estate brokerage license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software to manage listings, client data, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple property transactions simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage or a related field is highly beneficial.
