Real Estate Tax, Associate Director
A leading professional services firm in London is seeking a Real Estate Tax, Associate Director to join its growing team. This is a newly created role within an established team that continues to experience double-digit year-on-year growth. The firm has invested heavily in AI and technology, with innovative tools embedded into day-to-day processes and direct mentorship available on their practical application. Combined with a strong pipeline of work and a clear route to Partnership, this offers an excellent platform for ambitious individuals looking to accelerate their career.
The position offers exposure to a broad mix of transactions and advisory work, including major real estate transactions, structuring projects and high-profile deals. Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, you will advise a diverse client base including real estate funds, institutional investors, REITs, property developers and private investors across a range of asset classes. The breadth of work available provides the opportunity to become involved in the wider commercial and strategic aspects of projects.

The Role
- Advise on the tax aspects of real estate transactions, acquisitions, disposals and structuring projects
- Work closely with Partners and clients on complex UK and international real estate matters
- Support the delivery of tax due diligence and wider advisory engagements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and intermediaries
- Lead and contribute to business development initiatives, proposals and client pitches
- Coach and develop junior team members and help support the continued growth of the team
About You
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally with exposure to real estate clients
- Experience advising on transactions, structuring projects or complex tax matters
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable experience supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
- Motivated by working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and advisory-led environment
