A leading accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Tax Associate Director to join its growing specialist tax team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to advise a prestigious client base including real estate funds, institutional investors, REITs, and private investors on high-value UK and international transactions. You'll work on complex tax structuring, due diligence, and compliance projects while leading client relationships, developing junior team members, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UK and international real estate tax structuring and transactions.
- Lead tax due diligence engagements for acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Build and manage key client relationships across the real estate sector.
- Support business development, proposals, and new client opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while managing project delivery.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong UK Corporate Tax experience, ideally with exposure to the Real Estate sector.
- Experience delivering tax advisory, structuring, and due diligence projects.
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
- Passion for coaching teams and leading high-quality client work.
