Associate Director | Real Estate Tax Advisory

London preferred | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Part-Time Considered

Base Salary circa £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Real Estate Tax team at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. Following recent private equity investment, the business has ambitious plans to expand its market presence and significantly grow the team over the next two years. As a result, there is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Tax professional to play a key role in shaping the future of the practice while accelerating their own career progression.

The Opportunity

As Associate Director, you will sit at the senior end of a technically strong and well-established team, providing strategic tax advice to a varied client base across the real estate sector. This is a predominantly advisory role, offering exposure to complex and commercially significant projects rather than routine compliance work. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, support the development of the wider team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
