Real Estate Tax Manager

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Real Estate Tax Manager. This is a newly created role within an established team that continues to experience double-digit year-on-year growth. The firm has invested heavily in AI and technology, with innovative tools embedded into day-to-day processes and direct mentorship available on their practical application. Combined with a strong pipeline of work and a clear path for progression, this offers an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to further develop their career.

The position offers exposure to a broad mix of transactions and advisory work, including major real estate transactions, structuring projects and high-profile deals. Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, you will advise a diverse client base including property investors, real estate funds, developers, REITs and institutional investors across a range of asset classes. The breadth of work available provides the opportunity to become involved in the wider commercial and strategic aspects of projects.

The Role

  • Advise clients on the tax aspects of UK and international real estate transactions, acquisitions and disposals
  • Support the delivery of structuring, due diligence and wider tax advisory projects
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex transactions and strategic client matters
  • Build and develop relationships with a diverse range of real estate clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice
  • Coach and develop junior team members, helping to support their professional development

About You

  • ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
  • Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector
  • Experience providing tax advisory support on transactions, structuring projects or complex client engagements
  • Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting and developing junior team members
  • Motivated by working in a collaborative, fast-growing and advisory-focused environment
