About the Opportunity
As a Manager you will be part of the Real Estate Tax team that is undergoing significant growth with Real Estate being a strategic focus sector for the firm.
If you have specific experience in Real Estate and would thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment this role could work for you. Candidates should have excellent technical skills that they can apply in both an advisory and compliance capacity, and strong client/project management skills to support senior team members with delivering advice and growing client account.
The role offers exposure to UK and international property investors, developers, funds, asset managers, REITs and other real estate businesses and transactional work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex Real Estate Tax advisory and compliance assignments
- Advise on tax structuring, due diligence and M&A transactions
- Coordinate specialist tax input across areas such as VAT, Stamp Taxes and Capital Allowances
- Manage international assignments alongside colleagues across a global network
- Build and develop strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Manage, mentor and develop junior team members
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver projects and grow client accounts
- Support business development and cross-referral opportunities

About You
- Strong UK Corporate Tax experience gained in practice or industry
- Real Estate Tax experience with a good understanding of relevant specialist taxes
- Experience across both advisory and compliance
- Strong project and client management skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Confident managing junior staff and senior stakeholders
- ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent
