Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager

As a Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in managing tax matters related to real estate transactions in professional services. Based in Manchester, you'll help ensure compliance and provide expert advice on complex tax issues, making a real impact on client success.

  • Provide tax advice on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to complex tax matters.
  • Review and prepare tax calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated services to clients.
  • Lead and support tax audits related to real estate transactions.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members.

Profile

A Successful Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager Should Have

  • A strong understanding of tax laws related to real estate transactions.
  • Professional qualifications in tax or accounting, such as CTA or ACA.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment.
