Job Description
We are seeking a Real-World Evidence Specialist to join our growing healthcare technology team, supporting clients who use our Registries SaaS platform for real-world evidence, data analytics, and clinical outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with clients throughout their journey — from initial engagement and solution scoping, through implementation, adoption, and long-term success. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Data teams to ensure our technology delivers measurable impact in research, outcomes, and healthcare improvement.
This position is ideal for someone with a blend of technical aptitude, healthcare knowledge, and commercial awareness — comfortable discussing both data governance and the business case for digital transformation in healthcare.
The role is to cover maternity leave within the team, although a move to a permanent position may be possible in the future.

- Support customers in understanding how registry data can be used for research, quality improvement, and evidence generation.
- Ensure clients’ activities within the platform align with information governance, GDPR, and data-handling standards.

- Produce educational material and best-practice guidance.
- Deliver internal knowledge sharing sessions where appropriate.
Pre-sales & Commercial Support
- Support Sales with customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Assist in developing customer case studies and success stories.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
