Adelphi Real World – Real-World Project Operations Executive
Who We Are
Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.
The Role
This role will be supporting a central service team with administrative and operational support. Creating, implementing and maintaining organisational processes to develop and support our employees. Key Accountabilities
The below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:
- Provide administrative support and coordination of internal operational initiatives to support ARW and its culture.
- Exposure to all of our internal teams, and understanding of job roles and departments.
- Assist the team with the onboarding of new employees into the business.
- Assist the team with logging and tracking of staff development & training initiatives.
- Maintain information within our systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Support the team in analysing information and displaying it in either excel or PowerPoint presentations.
- Liaise and provide status updates to the team and head of department.
The Person
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with working knowledge of databases
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Team player with a flexible “Can Do” attitude
- Passionate and open-minded
- Ability to manage time well and work efficiently
- Highly self-motivating approach to work
- Problem solver, able to use initiative and forward think
- High level verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent IT and numeracy skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
