Your missions
Purpose
To administer rebate programmes for the UK and Ireland business, ensuring accurate customer setup, rebate processing, reporting, and customer support while maintaining data integrity within the CRM system.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain rebate programmes within the CRM system.
- Ensure rebate programme data, customer records, and templates are accurate and up to date.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and internal rebate queries.
- Analyse rebate and FOC claims, investigating and challenging discrepancies where required.
- Produce rebate statements, reports, and accounting uploads.
- Maintain rebate provision and actuals tracking files.
- Liaise with IT regarding CRM and rebate programme issues.
- Provide administrative support to the CRM team as required.

Your profile
Experience & Skills Required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using CRM or database systems; Salesforce experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Understanding of commercial business processes is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
