Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the rebranding roadmap, ensuring the new brand identity is implemented consistently, professionally and efficiently across all relevant customer, employee, operational and physical touchpoints.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, Fleet, Facilities, IT and Communications, as well as external suppliers and partners.

You will be responsible for turning the agreed brand strategy into a structured, practical implementation plan while ensuring business-as-usual operations and customer service are maintained throughout the transition.

How You Will Do It

Rebranding Programme Management

  • Develop and own the end-to-end UK Landbased Security rebranding programme, including clear milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery dates.
  • Translate the overall rebranding strategy into detailed implementation plans across the business.
  • Establish appropriate programme governance, reporting and escalation processes.
  • Track progress against agreed timelines and provide regular updates to the General Manager and wider leadership team.
  • Identify potential risks, delays and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, cost and delivery.

Brand Implementation

  • Coordinate the rollout of the agreed brand identity across relevant areas of the Landbased Security business, which may include:
    • Offices and operational locations
    • External and internal signage
    • Company vehicles and fleet
    • Workwear and uniforms
    • Employee identification and access materials
    • Customer documentation
    • Sales and proposal collateral
    • Digital and online assets
    • Presentations and templates
    • Operational documentation
    • Customer communications
    • Supplier and partner materials
  • Ensure implementation is consistent with corporate brand standards and appropriately reflects the requirements of the UK Landbased Security business.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination for the rebranding programme.
  • Build effective relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Engage operational teams to understand the practical impact of proposed changes.
  • Coordinate activity across functions to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Work with corporate Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment with wider brand requirements.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication throughout the programme so employees understand what is changing, when it is changing and what is expected of them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
