Job Requisites:
The individual in this position should be personable, a problem solver, and able to adapt to all of the forces around them – customers, suppliers, department managers, co-workers, and manufacturers personnel.
The individual should have strong organizational skills, good communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, and good computer / systems knowledge.
Additional requisites are good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions; good understanding of financial reporting principles; a solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects; and ability to generate reports in a timely manner.
Detail Job Description:
- Reports to Svc Mgr for all job responsibilities related to Rebuild Center support.
- Responsible for all administrative functions for the Rebuild Center.
- Responsible for seeing that all work-orders are set up correctly in the ERP, and in coordination with the Svc Mgr all proper approvals are given for work performed.
- Responsible for monitoring work-orders in conjunction with the Svc Mgr, changing and coordinating updates and timelines until completion of jobs. Ensuring customers are updated accordingly throughout the process of the repair.
- Assist the Svc Mgr reference service office phones and taking incoming calls.
- Make sure all jobs are properly audited and that the labor, parts and notes fall within the scope of the job quoted and that the final invoice properly reflects the completion of the job.
- Assist with the updates and media presentation to customers for work to be done.
- Coordinate and manage the timeline of jobs in progress and assist the Svc Mgr in the flow of jobs in and out of the shop.
- Assist the Svc Mgr in making sure jobs stay on track, are within estimates and timeline flow of jobs expectations.
- Coordinate and manage with the Svc Mgr post work follow-up presentation to customers of rebuild completions.
- Maintains a neat and orderly office – should be strongly organized.
- Maintains proper records, submits required reports, and other administrative details as required by management.
