Rec-to-Rec / Talent Partner

The Role

We’re looking for a Rec-to-Rec / Talent Partner to find great recruitment talent to join and grow with our group.

This isn’t a traditional internal recruitment role. We want someone who can headhunt, build relationships and create a strong pipeline of people before we need them.

That could be an experienced recruiter for one of our teams, a future leader, someone who wants to build a new division or business, or an established founder considering what comes next.

The aim is simple. Know the good people in our market and build relationships with them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Headhunting experienced recruiters through LinkedIn, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of recruitment talent.
  • Identifying recruiters for our existing teams as well as future leaders and business builders.
  • Building relationships with founders and recruitment business owners.
  • Understanding people’s experience, ambitions, and what they might want next.
  • Mapping markets and identifying talent before a vacancy exists.
  • Finding new ways to attract experienced recruiters to the group.
  • Keeping close to the recruitment market and where good people are.
  • Working with the People Director and senior leadership team on our growth plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
