Greenjets are looking for a hands-on Receipts & Dispatch Operative to support the movement of goods into, around, and out of the business.

This role is ideal for someone practical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll be responsible for receiving, packing, labelling, loading, and preparing goods safely and accurately while supporting stores, production, and logistics operations.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and check inbound deliveries against paperwork
  • Assess goods for quantity, condition, and damage
  • Pack and prepare items for domestic and international shipment
  • Support dispatch staging, loading, and final shipment checks
  • Load and unload vehicles safely using manual handling or MHE equipment
  • Maintain accurate records, labels, and shipment details
  • Escalate discrepancies, damage, or compliance concerns promptly
  • Support demo-kit preparation and operational logistics activities

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

  • Experience in warehouse, dispatch, stores, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out environments
  • Comfortable carrying out physical, hands-on work safely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work
  • Safety-conscious with good awareness of operational standards
  • Comfortable working in a busy team environment
  • Forklift or MHE experience/certification
  • Experience handling high-value or technical goods
  • Dangerous goods awareness or training
  • Experience preparing goods for air, road, or freight shipment
  • ERP, stock control, or inventory system experience
