We're looking for a recently qualified Architect to join one of London’s most established design led practices, working across a beautifully varied portfolio of private residential, restoration, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
This is a studio with a clear architectural identity and a reputation for carefully considered, exceptionally well detailed work, where materials, craftsmanship and the way a building is put together are an important part of the design.
They’re looking for someone with around 1 - 3 years post Part III experience who already has a good technical grounding and is keen to build further experience across project running, contract administration and site, working on projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
A particularly good fit for an Architect who enjoys the technical side of architecture but still wants to work somewhere where design quality is taken seriously.
The Role
You’ll work across projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, producing detailed technical information while coordinating consultants, contractors and clients through delivery.
The role requires someone who is comfortable with the practicalities of getting buildings built, but who also cares about design quality, materials and detailing.

Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion
- Produce detailed technical and construction information
- Run projects and coordinate consultants and contractors
- Support and undertake contract administration
- Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations
- Produce high quality drawings and presentations
- Attend site and respond to technical and construction queries
- Maintain design quality through technical development and delivery
Requirements
- ARB registered Architect / Part III qualified
- Around 1 - 3 years post Part III experience
- Strong technical ability and experience across later RIBA stages
- Previous project running experience
- Experience of contract administration
- Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Excellent drafting and detailing skills
- A considered approach to design and materiality
- CAD proficiency, with Vectorworks particularly advantageous
- SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop experience beneficial
- Hand drawing skills would also be useful
- Experience across private residential, restoration, hospitality or mixed-use projects would be particularly relevant
